Diagram of how 2e-pos is laid out in a typical retail environment

The diagram above shows a typical 2e-pos installation within a retail environment. Front tills are connected to a backroom server (where 2e-pos is installed) while office PCs have access to the advanced reporting and stock management features.

The 2e-pos installation also links to a Sage database stored on the server, as well as interacting with an e-commerce website, updating sales information and stock levels in real-time.

Remote users can also use VPN to connect to 2e-pos and use it as if they were sitting at a PC within the retail location.
